Hermosa Beach. This is where this family lives and this is where this family loves. Can you tell? I fell in love with their beautiful casa hermosa, and the artwork in their home displayed as an homage to this beloved city. Our adventure began in their home, and then we headed directly west to the beach, where this family likes to be.

I love this beach…I like the variety of backdrops, textures, colors and light, ohhhhhh, the light! I know I’ve written about the light at this beach before, but it truly is the best.

This family came down to Hermosa Beach from Seattle for a “southern California” type photo session. Their darling daughters stole my heart; I enjoyed every minute of them.
