Is it that time again? Yes! Calling all high school seniors, let’s celebrate your graduation with gorgeous photos! I am a photographer in Manhattan Beach, as well as Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach, and my calendar is open to book your high school senior photo sessions!

Why senior photo sessions? This is a great time to document a momentous time in their lives, a time where they are completing a long stretch of their education and moving on to another time in their lives. These photos can also be used for their graduation announcements – let your friends and family know of this grand accomplishment. Whether they are heading off to college, trade school, a trip or right into the beginning of the work force, let’s get beautiful photos of your senior.

Bring several outfits, if you would like! You can also bring a memento of their time from high school… an instrument, the ball from the sport that they played, or maybe dance shoes from the musical they were in. It really can be anything. Some kids also bring something from where they will go next…maybe a sweatshirt from the school they will go to. Use your imagination.

This is such an incredible time in their lives, and even I remember it well. It is the ending of one time, and the beginning of another. My number one priority is to make your senior feel comfortable, and to create real and genuine images of them. I will capture the real, natural joy during such an exciting and wonderful time of their lives.

Choosing a location can be really fun, too. Perhaps your senior played football during their time in high school – we can utilize a football field in part of their photo session. We can use the backdrop of their school in all or part of their session, and also make sure we do photos in a place that they love…whether it is the beach, downtown, or at your home. Picking a location is an important part of making their senior sessions feel like “them”. I want your entire family to look at these photos and say, yes…that is so him/her!! The variety of locations available is awesome – we can go to RAT beach, Hermosa Beach Pier, or we can utilize all the beautiful backdrops in Manhattan Beach.
