This 1 year old birthday party was amazing…the momma outdid herself. The Hawaiian surf themed party was at Gymboree Play & Music which was decorated beautifully with Hawaiian leis, “blue water” wall coverings, and turtle baskets. She had a lovely spread of beautiful hand-made, blue-ombre cupcakes and a 4 layer cake. The blue and white candy bar was a total hit with the kiddos. I loved capturing all of these details ~ she really did think of everything!

The kids had a great time playing with the direction of Gymboree teacher, Ryan Kalama, who also happens to be a musician from Hawaii, and was finalist on NBC’s reality show, The Winner Is.  He was so great with the kids, extremely charismatic, and sang along with his ukulele strumming.  What a treat to be a witness to such talent!
